Andrew has built and grown multiple global content and technology businesses over a 34 year career, based variously in London, Dublin, Milan, New York and San Francisco. Before joining TwentyEighty, he was most recently President of Korn Ferry’s Global Products Group and directly before that was a Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting LLP and GM of Bersin by Deloitte. His previous experience includes an assignment as GM of the HR Practice, Solutions Group and Asia Pacific region at CEB (now Gartner). Before CEB, and his more recent career focus on products and services for HR and learning leaders, Andrew specialized in financial technology with a particular emphasis on quantitative risk management as President of Moody's KMV, a credit risk software and analytics business, CEO at mPower (Registered Investment Advisor) and COO and President, International at Barra (now MSCI Barra). From 2009 to 2013 Andrew was Chairman of FinAnalytica, acquired ultimately by FactSet. Andrew spent the earlier years of his career with Reuters (now Thomson Reuters) in various sales, marketing and product management roles. He has a B.A.(Honors) degree from Leeds University in the United Kingdom in French and Management Studies.
