Chief Legal Officer
Gregory Nardini joined TwentyEighty in April 2015 and was promoted to Chief Legal Officer in June 2017. As CLO, he is responsible for managing legal, regulatory and transactional risk across the TwentyEighty group in a manner that complements TwentyEighty’s business goals. He oversees a department of legal and compliance professionals who provide assistance globally to the TwentyEighty group.
Greg has approximately 18 years of legal experience. Before joining TwentyEighty, he resided in England and held in-house legal roles at Virgin Media, a British cable and telecommunications company, Flagstone Re, a reinsurance company, and NDS Limited, a provider of conditional access and middleware solutions for pay-TV platforms. Prior to that, he was senior counsel at the law firm of Clifford Chance, and worked in both the Washington, D.C. and London offices of that law firm.
Greg graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law with a J.D. degree magna cum laude, and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
