CEO, Omega Performance
As President and CEO, Jenny is leading Omega Performance in what is perhaps the most exciting phase of growth since our inception in 1976. She is responsible for running all facets of the business. Since becoming CEO in 2013 Jenny has developed a business strategy and a new highly profitable business model while embracing the core values of integrity, innovation and growth.
One of the company’s most tenured staff, Jenny first joined the growing team as a business development manager in Australia and quickly rose through the ranks to become managing director of Asia-Pacific (APAC). As managing director of APAC, Jenny established several regional initiatives to increase customer value by bringing about operational efficiency and enhanced customer satisfaction. In 2012, Jenny moved to our global headquarters in Arlington, Virginia, to serve as Chief Operating Officer and subsequently was promoted to CEO.
Jenny possesses extensive hands-on experience with Omega Performance’s credit training solutions, having worked with clients at all functional levels to develop and implement successful, multidisciplinary performance improvement programs.
She is most fulfilled when helping people grow professionally. Her vision and ability to nurture relationships has led to long-term solutions and success.
Jenny’s extensive career in the financial services industry includes more than 20 years in sales and management across a variety of business environments. In addition to holding leadership roles in learning and development, her career includes experience in foreign exchange, branch management, mortgage broking, and commercial banking. Jenny holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Adult Education from the University of New England, Armidale, New South Wales, Australia.
