Tara Dresen is the Chief Human Resources Officer for TwentyEighty.  Her team focuses on Recruitment, Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits, as well as Learning & Development.

People and talent organizations are woven throughout her career, working within companies that consult on HR challenges for global clients.  Her career began at Accenture as a Consultant, where she was engaged in training clients to use newly implemented ERP systems.  Her next move to ePredix put her in a start-up company, a first-of-its-kind predictive selection assessment organization.  Her experiences ranged from client implementations to new product development.  As the company evolved, was purchased and later was merged with SHL, her career evolved from an external client focus to an internal HR focus.  Recruiting, employee relations, compensation, payroll and performance management were the initial focus areas.  Later, when CEB purchased SHL, her role moved solely to North America recruiting.  Her move to TwentyEighty rounded out her talent management expertise and offered further HR exposure around the globe.

Tara graduated from Minnesota State University with a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, and she received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Dakota.
